A: Yes and No, depending upon the individual preference of the Villas’ owners.
A: Some properties do while others do not; it’s best to confirm with the offices of B Williams Property Management Services first.
A: The island is small, so most properties are about a 10-15 min drive away from the nearest/most popular beach – Frigate Bay.
A: Supermarkets and Stores basically close between 4:30pm & 7:30pm daily, however there are a few supermarkets which extend their hours to as late as 9:30pm (Kings Pavillion, J’s Shop & Save) and the Gas Stations have convenience sections that open until about 11 pm.
A: The properties themselves are safe as most are equipped with either Burglar Bars or Burglar Alarms or sometimes both. Additionally, there is a newly established outpost for the Basseterre Police Station within close proximity to the properties.
A: Due to our climate dress is generally casual. Light cotton clothing is recommended.
A: We have several rental agencies. Driving is on the left side of the road. A visitor’s driver’s license is required and can be obtained from the rental agency or police station. Taxis are also available with locations at the airport, St. Kitts Marriott Taxi Stand and in the Capital Basseterre.

A: Hours are Mon-Thurs 8am – 2pm and Fri 8am – 4pm. The banks are Bank of Nova Scotia, Royal Bank of Canada, National Bank, RBTT and First Caribbean International Bank, which are all located in the capital Basseterre.
